On my first visit, I tried the cocoon fitness bed, and I absolutely loved the unique combination of relaxation and workout. It’s an innovative way to unwind while still getting a bit of exercise — a perfect balance! After my time in the cocoon bed, I followed it up with the cold plunge. Transitioning from the heat to the cold felt invigorating, and the benefits it offers are truly remarkable. It’s a refreshing way to enhance my relaxation routine.
