Melinda takes the time to understand your individual style and personality, creating expertly crafted lashes that are uniquely 'you.' She's always attentive to my needs, making adjustments for things like vacations or work travel. Plus, she genuinely cares about the health of my natural lashes, ensuring the final look is gorgeous and never overly heavy – a refreshing change from some of the prominent styles in Richmond. Finding Melinda has been a game-changer!

As a man, I was skeptic about getting any sort of facial or skin treatment done but I have to tell you that it was outstanding! I work outside, so my skin gets dry and sometimes irritated but when I left my appointment my face was already was starting to feel better and Melinda designed a treatment plan to keep it that way. She is very thorough, and knowledgeable and my treatment was not girly feeling like I had imagined it would be. I will be a regular customer for sure!
