I have had the greatest experience being serviced at Love, Peace and Locs where the customer receives exactly what the title says. The lovely owner Cee is an expertise in all things locs with her specialty being loc repair/restoration and A'Diamond is wonderful, she makes sure my microlocs are tight and neat. She is quick yet her magic hands are gentle as I have a sensitive scalp. This establishment deserves higher than 5 stars but that is as high as Google allows me. Please give them a try, you will not regret it.

Initially review: Just got my locs reattached here. Lovely environment and people! Update: Initially, I thought I received good services, but after sitting with my results for over a month... I'm very disappointed that I sat in that chair for hours and spent $600 to sit in a chair to get my locs reattached by Cee here. The day of environment was very nice and they even offered me hot tea. My disconnect is the quality of the service I received. As the person experiencing having my locs back on my head, I'm very dissatisfied. My hair isn't fully blended, there is a clear poofs from left over hair that should've been crocheted and blended in. The parts aren't in uniform and uneven, my middle part was wayyy off. I came in with 66 locs to reattach and left with only poorly 58 locs reattached

UPDATE: I received a full refund from my bank dispute despite the business’ lies. The owner keeps reporting my review for removal. Do not trust the ratings!. — I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience at Love + Peace & Locs during my appointment on November 21, 2024, and I feel obligated to share the details so others can make an informed decision. This is upsetting because I went to them once before for a retwist and I liked the service. I booked the $295 shoulder-length 2-strand twist extension service and confirmed the length multiple times in writing before my appointment and at the beginning of my appointment (I pointed to the length directly on my body). I got my hair done by Diamond and she was amazing. Super cool, patient, and really took her time with me. She explained everything she was doing so I knew my hair was in good hands. The shop itself had a relaxing, chill vibe that made the whole experience even better. I honestly love how my hair came out, and I’m definitely looking forward to coming back whenever I need my hair done. Highly recommend! 💯✨
