Complaint Regarding Unsatisfactory Nail Service I’m writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent visit to Lovely Nail Salon. What was supposed to be a joyful, pampering experience before a special event (my prom) ended in frustration, physical discomfort, and disappointment. When I arrived, I requested a pedicure and showed a picture of the nails I wanted. From the start, communication was confusing and unprofessional. I was directed to several different employees without clear introductions. Once I began my pedicure, I asked for acrylic on my big toes, a style I’ve done before and personally prefer. Michael is fantastic at his profession as a nail technician! I highly recommend Michael to freestyle and or give you exactly what you prefer for or on your nails!

I’ve had multiple disappointing experiences at Lovely Nails. The staff, including the owner, seem only trained in acrylic nails and do not listen to client requests. I’ve asked for builder gel with no tips and was repeatedly pressured into acrylics instead. One technician insisted on adding tips, and the result looked poorly done. Another time, builder gel was removed and replaced with acrylic without my consent. Overall, they don’t listen, lack skill outside of acrylics, and the service quality is inconsistent. I won’t be going back.

Really like the work they do here. Mani/pedi is great. Their customer service could use a bit of help. Lisa and Christine so really good nails with care and the designs are great. I wish the salon didn’t make you feel as if you’re a burden if you come in a group though even if you’ve taken an appointment. It’s kind of like they don’t want the work. But overall the nail work itself is very good. Definitely try to go there with appointments and double confirm it with exactly the kind of work you want done.

Lovely Nails has a great staff! I’m always greeted when I enter the salon. Tracy took her time when dealing with my ingrown toenail. I was pain-free when I left there! Always a pleasure when I visit there… Great service, good prices and great atmosphere. Thank you.
