Lovely Nails & Spa

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I’ve been going here for a couple of months now and I love it. I usually see a different technician each time but today I’ve officially found my ‘person’! Won’t give her name in case the I won’t be able to get an appointment cuz she will be so popular! She had her work cut out for her today cuz I had a couple of chipped nails, a broken nail, I needed a cut down, I wanted pink/white. I was a project & she fixed everything with care and kindness! The salon is quiet, clean, a ton of technicians all polite, friendly, & show care for their clients. No complaints!

I wouldn’t return here. The staff were brusque with my sister and I, pointing and gesturing (versus speaking) and rushing us throughout. The nail techs were rough with my feet, jerking my foot forward and out of the footbath, and the clipping was a bit painful at times (which it should never be). All the products they used on my feet were cold, thank god for the warm foot bath. My tech left a strip of my nail unpainted, and when I asked her if she could paint it, she waved dismissively at me, then globbed on a bunch of paint at the tip of my toe. I noticed it looked weird immediately, and she noticed I was looking at it intently so globbed on some clear polish to “fix it.” She had me sit under the (cold!) foot blow-dryer, and said, “ok, you pay me now?” And of course, my nails look trash.

I’m not going to be wearing open toed shoes with this pedicure. They’re sloppy and everytime I asked to fix something they always made an excuse as to why “it’s just like that”. The shape was off and it got to the point where I asked to take the nail file to shape it myself and she said that she can do it. I got to my car and started crying at how bad they were. The one thing I do to treat myself and I just felt horrible leaving there. This was all $73 by the way

I have been coming to lovely nails and spa for many years now. Everyone is very nice and helpful. I have always been very impressed with everything that they do. My nails always come out great!

I really wanted to like it here...convenient to home and very clean inside. However, the tech asked ME if the white line on my French manicure was straight....when I accidentally hit my nail and she had to fill in a little bit of the white, she rolled her eyes. My fingers look like a different tech worked on each one: they all look so different (and I only do french). Also, who only does one coat on French? My regular place doesn't.....
