Lovely Nails & Spa

I came here a few weeks ago on a whim and saw Tina. Was greeted and sat immediately for a pedicure. Place is clean and staff were all friendly. Lots of color choices. In and out within an hour on a Friday afternoon. Will come back when I am in town. Want to check out their head spa service.

I just left abruptly after paying because I was going to cry and there were small children in the shop. I have been 2 times since moving to the area. The first time was probably my best results in 40 years of having my nails done. It was a perfect visit. Everyone was extremely nice. I believe the first visit my powder nails were done by Lisa. Next time I go. I will book appointment with her only. Today, I do not know the lady's name. I believe that she may be new. In removing my old stuff, one nail felt as though it was ground down to a bare area, that was the first sign of pain. All around my nails the grinding was brutal later on after the coatings were put on. There is bleeding in only 3 places but every single finger fills raw except 1. Such a wonderful experience my 9yr old got her first set of acrylics and it turned out great for both of us ! Definitely will be a return customer.

I've been to this salon several times for a pedicure, but today I tried the headspa as well. It was absolutely amazing!!! I was so relaxed after, and I may fallen asleep a few times while getting the treatment. This place is very affordable and high quality. It is also very clean and all the tools are used once only. I will absolutely go back for another headspa.

My nails look so bad. I sat there for 3 hours to get a gel fill and I originally wanted a French Tip. But I walked out with just a base color and my nails uneven, bad shape, and super thick. I’m very upset and their customer service isn’t the best. They were arguing with each other throughout the salon.
