At first glance the cut was ok. There was a huge chunk of long hair on top. Super uneven. We messaged customer service but there's no reply
Was alright, I wanted a 2 fade on my son and now hes got a big spot of long hair on top and a buzz on the sides. Not even a fade. My other son looks alright. The dude was on his phone more than cutting and im sure that is why its subpar. I did tip 20 just because but im not going back to this location. For some reason these pop up cut shops dont know how to cut kids hair. I should have just found the time and gave them a proper cut amd not spend 40 dollars plus tips. Wasn't worth a dime of any of that. UPDATE AND REPLY. I did call and visit. I did speak to the owner, he was suppose to refund me last week. Still nothing. Expected from the conversation we had.
My better half stopped in as a first timer here for a cut. He really appreciated Vic's skill and speed and his very pleasant demeanor. I often have to trim up small details afterwards at home that were accidentally missed by stylists wherever he goes. Vic didn't miss ANYTHING. He clearly has a strong eye for detail and other family members already plan on seeing Vic in the future. Really hope he stays here as he is a true gem!
