Lovely Nails

I travel 30mins every 3 weeks just to go to this nail salon. Very professional, relaxing, and you earn rewards with every appointment. My favorite place to get my nails and toes done. Check them out. You will not be disappointed. They’re also very talented nail techs.

Ryan is amazing! I absolutely love my nails each & every time I get them done. He is so talented, pays attention to detail & really takes him time. My nails always last a long time. The pedicures feel amazing! The shop is always clean.

Ryan is my favvvv! I’ve been going to him for over 2 years and I’m never disappointed! He always makes sure he over delivers when it comes to my sets. He’s friendly , patient and is very creative when it comes to him putting his own twist on a nail set!!! He’s your go to guy!! & his other techs? By far the best pedicure ever! They take their time! Overall 10/10!!!!

These days, good service comes with EXTREMELY POOR customer service!!ABSOLUTELY NO RESPECT for customers who keep the lights on! Ryan does good work but the abuse his clients endure is traumatizing. You can’t ask a question regarding your service, make any changes regarding color. Nothing. His reply is always snide remarks or threats of not doing or completing your nails. I traveled over an hour. Showed a picture but stated I wanted the concept just different colors. “He replied, get exact or I no do your nails”. Nicely I stated; I just want a different color”. He spoke loudly and said NO, I not do” I return your deposit. One that he only request from certain clients, when making an appointment. Got up walked away from his station and left out the back door!! I was so outdone! Another cus
