Dear Statements owner. Your customer service is wonderful. I do appreciate all that you do as your attention to detail is unparalleled. Sadly it is the shampoo service that earned this rating. I believe in allowing a person time to learn what their job duties should be. However even after coaching the shampoo person really did not understand what a good wash is. I realize that everyone is different in what is a good shampoo, but the first step is using enough water to thoroughly wet the hair. That was not done.

This is a wonderful salon. You feel like you are the most important client to the proprietor. Ms. Racquel has made it her mission to make healthy hair and skin education simple and not scary. She and Ms. Ameka make you feel beautiful on the inside and outside.

Ameka did a wonderful job on my very dry, unhealthy hair. It’s feels healthy with shine and the next day it still looked GREAT!! Loving my new style!! Thanks Ameka!!

Super friendly... cares about more than just your hair... love love love this place... no one else will touch my hair or my children's hair when it comes to maintaining
