Lovely Nails

I visited Lovely Nails for the first time a couple of weeks ago and got a no-chip pedicure. The polish chipped within a day and a half. I decided not to return. A few days later, I noticed the nail tech had cut my nails in a way that caused them to curve in, leading to infections in both my big toes within a week. I’ve been in pain since and now need to see a doctor because the infection hasn’t subsided. I called the salon to inform them and requested to speak to the manager. The man who answered said the manager was not there and insisted I come in so they could see my toes before I went to the doctor. I explained that I just wanted to inform the manager about what happened to prevent it from happening to others, whether due to poor training or dirty tools, and that I did not want anyth

This place is great! They're super busy, but work fast and efficiently. I got a no chip manicure for $35. You can tell a lot of people were regulars because the way they greeted each other. I also liked they have conversations with their customers. Will definitely be going back.

Overall my experience was poor. The Nail Technician was nice but his work was substandard. To start it off, he trimmed to shape my nail after the Acrylic was laid down hacking away at it with toenail clippers. After that, came the sanding/“shaping” of the nail. He cut my cuticles on multiple fingers repeatedly and I repeatedly told him it was painful. When it came to the polish he completely flooded my cuticles almost trying to “cover up” the blood and scabs around my nail. After all of that he missed large parts of my natural nails without any acrylic or polish. In conclusion I will never be returning or recommending this place to anyone. I’m glad I didn’t tip them at all after this experience.

This picture is from a fix up. My nails had chipped the first time. But I was able to come in to let them know. They were happy to fix my nails. I wasn’t mad. It’s okay! No worries. Thank you for making my nails look amazing! Chrome is a hard color to keep, this is after a week. The customer service here is simple and great. Very friendly people working here. It is clean environment. Love the fish tank. Will be back here again.
