I come here once a month for a massage and facial spa day and Tracey always gets me right! She knows my tender muscles due to my job and she uses organic natural ingredients on my facial. I feel like going to Tre Lux definitely adds to my anti-aging regimen. I look and feel youthful when I leave. 10/10 recommend!!

Luisa was great! The whole experience was relaxing, enjoyable & renewing. The atmosphere/music was calm. Loved the Scalp Massage that also combined arm/shoulder/neck massage. I will definitely go back.

Diana did an excellent job with my scalp massage and treatment. She had a very gentle touch. I felt so relaxed! My hair has never looked better. I thought the overall feeling of the spa was very relaxing. You have your own private room which is hard to find with head spa treatment places. I highly recommend this spa!

I visited this head spa yesterday with my husband, and regrettably, our experience was quite disappointing. The environment felt more akin to a home setting than a professional spa. During the treatment, the water temperature was uncomfortably high at various points, and the technician frequently dropped products and tools, which seemed unprofessional. My hair was not rinsed thoroughly, and it did not appear as though I had just received a spa treatment. It was left excessively wet, and I had to dry it myself. Even my husband was left speechless afterward, which speaks volumes. While this is not my first head spa experience, it was truly the most unsatisfactory.
