Absolutely pleased at Lovely Nails. Very fast and high quality service. Prices are great, the selection of colors - huge, the feet massage - Aweeeesoooomeeee! Totally recommended!

I asked if what I wanted could be done before receiving service and was told it wouldn’t be a problem and was later treated with such disrespect because I said I wasn’t happy with the work and ask if there was another person available that could fix it. I was told to leave which I did gladly because I refused to pay for such a horrible job and being treated so rudely. Not to mention he cute my toe and didn’t even tell me I was bleeding or try to clean it up. The man at the first table to your left sitting on the right side of the table when you walk in, balding in the middle, wears glasses, and has some weight on him. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name. Wish I could give 0 stars! I will never return here!

I’m honestly furious — my nails started popping off just hours after getting them done, and that’s absolutely unacceptable. For the amount I paid, they should’ve lasted, not fallen apart the same day. What makes it worse is being blamed like it’s my fault when it’s clearly poor work. I’ve never experienced anything like this, and it’s embarrassing and frustrating to have wasted my time and money on something that didn’t even last 24 hours.

I have the best nail tech in the world!!! Jenny has been doing my nails for approximately 20 years. She is a true professional, very accommodating, and truly a sweet soul ❤️

Who ever worked number 4 for pedicure did a horrible job. I don’t know what his problem is but he cut my nails so uneven then try to gaslight me by saying the reason it’s like that is because of my nail shape when I got my nails done here before and never had this issue. Then this man proceeded to be so trough with my toes that I started bleeding. Horrible experience i usually have a great experience here so idk what this issue is. But I won’t be back!!! And my nails came out ugly bro I’m so disappointed whoever this man is can’t do nails
