Lovely Nails

What I asked for, what I was given, what I was charged. Specifically asked for long square black frenchtip with sliver cheetah print. After multiple times of drilling the length down to attempt to make it straight I gave up before I had no length left. Asked for square and was given circle?? Unsure what to consider shape other than bubbly and not at all square. When telling them to just stop they insisted on continuing. When it came time to pay and I again vocalized I was unhappy I was told there wasn’t anything that could be done except a phone call in a few days. For reference paid 101.45 for a full set with frenchtip and design as well as gel pedicure when I came on 12/10. I was charged $71.20 for half the service and almost same exact price. No disrespect to front receptionist she was

Thu always give the BEST pedicure, I am always very pleased with her work. This time I had Anna for my nail fill and color/ design, also did an amazing job! Very happy with both of their work. I will be booking them for my next visit! 👍👍

I honestly love coming here. My usual technician is dave and he is always great, very patient, and I always walk out loving my nails. This particular time I needed my nails fixed because I went to a different salon and walked out of that one with undone nails because they weren't great. Kevin was able to take me and he did an amazing job fixing my nails. I got exactly what I was hoping for, very quick and easy.

i made an appointment with Mi and i got kevin because “Mi was busy”. so unsanitary he was filing his own nails with the same file he used on me, he cut me twice in the same spot and i was bleeding everywhere and he tried stopping it by digging his nail in the cut. he smudged my nail and didn’t fix it right. crooked nails and over charged me. i got a refund. a full was $65, prices online are wrong. was charged $95.

I’ll start with saying I was a walk-in and that no one was rude. Everyone seemed to be polite. This is just a review of the service and quality of the work. Maybe it was because I was a walk-in but my service was barely 45 min long. I’m used to my nails taking at least 1hr. I received a UV gel set and it was not very good quality. My cuticles were not taken care of. Maybe I should have asked for a manicure but I thought that was included in the service. The decal she added has her fingerprint on it and the dots that she decided to add are also very messy. I hate leaving bad reviews for small businesses like these but the quality of this was just so terrible. I’ll attach photos of my nails and what I had shown her I wanted.
