Lovely Nails

I got a french mani with regular nail polish. The staff were very kind and attentive to detail. The french mani came out so even on all the nails! I even came one hour before closing but they were still very accommodating!

I feel like my nails were played over because I only wanted acrylic full set with no polish. I choose to get no polish because I enjoy doing my own nail art. I just came in this past Sunday for my set and already there is a chip on the base of my nail because the acrylic is super thin there. Most of my fingers have a wall if acrylic where it meets my cuticle and she didn’t file down enough. This alone is causing food ect to get stuck between the nail and my skin. I have to pull skin to the side and back to make sure they are cleaned good. One finger is also already starting lift off of my natural nail at the base. At a glance the nails look good but I feel like the work was worth $20 not $35. If I came in to spent $80 - $100 on 3 inches of nails, bright purple gel polish, coffin nails I fe

The owner was very rude to me when I tried to explain that my pedicure needed a fill due to chipping. I only had three cracked nails that would’ve required acrylic to fix it, but she insisted on redoing all of the nails just, because she claimed it would take “more time” for her to find the correct polish color (a polish color that I received in her shop two weeks prior). She started to argue with me and insisted on doing it her doing it her way even though it would’ve costed me more time to sit there while she did the whole set. Her unprofessionalism showed even more when she started to laugh at me when I refused her service. Jokes on you because I was ready to pay for two more services as I get mani pedis and cluster services consistently😂😂If your going to run a business then learn how

The lady did half ass job on my full set and didn’t bother to ask me if I wanted the square or circle nor ask what length. The finishing was not cleaned up and they are crooked

I was gifted my nails being done for my wedding in mid-june and decided I wanted to keep them and get them filled. I decided to try going in to Lovely Nails as it is convenient for me for work. I was extremely impressed with the friendliness off all the staff. I came in and they were extremely busy but only waited about 10 mins before I was taken back by Nia to do my nails. She was super amazing and detail focused. My nails look amazing and I will definitely be going back to her in the future.
