Lovely Nails

It is with great sadness that I leave this review! This was my go to place and now I’m going to look for a different one. I wanted something very simple French with some glitter on the bottom and 2 nails with a different design. I told her from moment one of showing her the design that I don’t like it when you can see the separation between my nail bed and the tip. I also don’t like when you cans see texture of my real nail under the acrylic. She said ok no problem. When she started applying the color I told her it’s too light, can you get a darker blush so you can’t see the separation, she said we don’t have it which I’m sure they do, insisted that it was fine that the glitter would cover it…guess what, it didn’t. I have been coming to the salon for a year and a half consistently every 2 1/2 weeks to do my nails. I just called to make an appointment and was told that the technician I usually go to is out for one month on vacation. I asked if I can then schedule an appointment with the owner who I was on the phone with and she refused to take me. As a reference I get a basic gel manicure with white nail polish every time I come. I will not be returning here considering I have been a loyal customer for over a year and now refused service.

I truly love this place! Been going there for 3+ years and I've always have a wonderful experience. I love the way Helen those my nails, she is so patient and talented. She is an incredible business woman and her staff are so polite and professional! They give the best pedicures in boston!

The own at lovely nail is so disrespectful, and rude. The treatment for minorities is so different. I called and scheduled an appointment with a specific tech, as the person is in the salon she said she doesn’t work on Wednesdays. My daughter stop going to her many years ago for those reasons.

So ladies & Gents, I moved to Massachusetts almost 3 years ago now. I found this nail salon about 2 months after I got here & been coming ever since. Every single WOMEN working in this nail salon is gifted in their technique. I literally don’t mind any one of them servicing me because they are all professional, attentive, patient, & take their time. I usually am very “funny” about too many people touching me when I am a long term customer. It’s just easier to build a rapport with one nails person. But here they equally have great energy & just lovely to talk to or not if that’s your thing. Believe me I was not easy when I first started coming but, 3 years later I wouldn’t go anywhere else as long as I’m here. Also , did I add that I can wait up to 3-4 weeks to be serviced because they are
