I had a hair cut yesterday from Julio. It was an AWESOME experience. He was patient, friendly and creative. When they washed my hair before the cut they took their time and made it easy. Overall it was a GREAT experience.

Very disappointed that hair dresser treats customers badly ! Waiting for 30 minute and no apologies and yelling .. I wanted to explain what is my hair condition . totally shocking . Made me all entire time so uncomfortable at the Salone . Always nice to customers and make people comfortable it should be but not that in this Salone ! .3 appointments at the same time always wait and wait and now after I complained and yelling it she said ! I should have paid more if you don’t wait to wait !!! made me very uncomfortable for arguing to Customers . We have a right to have relax and comfortably talk about what the hair conditions is to get help ! . Don’t go this salone ! Please Please Go to make customers comfortable and welcome place in upper east side ! Not you should pay more if you do

I was visiting New York and booked an appointment at Lovella Salon after seeing the great reviews, and I’m really glad I did. The staff was professional, welcoming, and very attentive from start to finish. The salon is clean, relaxing, and well organized, and the service was exactly what I was looking for. Even now that I’m based in Florida, I still recommend Lovella Salon to friends and family in New York. Definitely a place I’d return to on my next visit.

My stylist was an absolute artist. They took the time to understand my hair history and exactly what tone I was going for. The results are stunning!
