Absolutely beyond rude to my client that is 84 years old. Called him homeless looking. Was super rough with his head. Was super annoyed with my client you could tell. My client was extremely hurt by the way he spoke to him when we left. I’ll never take anyone back to him again:

he was a nice guy but i told him what to give me and he gave me something completely different without hesitation or asking. i understand hes an older guy and hes very old school but unless he starts appealing to not only older generations but younger generations styles of haircuts his business is gonna die out very soon. i mean hell you walk in there and theres only 60 year old men. was my first time going and probably my last. im just being honest truthful when i say once all these older gentleman pass away from old age hes not gonna have a barbershop anymore. sad truth but it is what it is.

He has no website for pricing or information on whether or not he takes card or cash. When I called to ask whether he could touch up an undershave, he said he'd never heard of it and couldn't price it. When I began to ask what price his haircuts start out at, he proceeded to tell me he's too busy to talk. He was super rude and condescending. Idk how you can run a business with no website and no intention of answering questions.
