I'm a little surprised there's so many 5 star reviews. I was just in town for a week visiting and woke up with a painful back spasm so needed to book a massage right away. I didn't look that much into this place and wish I did. I booked just a 30 minute and in the notes asked to only work on the back. When I arrived I was greeted by a woman who could not communicate with me. I don't have any problem with immigrants or people who don't speak English but there were no tools available to help us communicate. There was no intake or discussion of health concerns, issues, what I was there for, nothing. This place is a great example of “you get what you pay for.” I write this to give people a more realistic perspective about the environment and services here. The start of my service was fine. I was welcomed at the front desk, the ambiance seemed relaxing. I entered the room and the service began. I wasn’t asked any questions— not given an opportunity to express preferences or intentions for the experience.
