Lotus Threading Salon & Spa

I wanted to like this salon. It is clean, staff is nice. Been here about three or four times but none of the eyebrow threadings have been great. Today, I told the person just to clean it up and keep the shape/arch. She removed hair that changed the shape, and they are also not identical now. She also applied the most pressure while threading I have experienced, it was painful, and I have sensitive skin. Unfortunately my eyebrow hair is thinning and grows very slowly so now I am stuck with this shape for 3 to 6 months. I don't think it can be fixed without them becoming too thin. And even worse, she agreed that the shape had been changed and didn't look right, but then proceeded to not even offer me a discount even though knows she messed up my eyebrows. Definitely won't be going back.

This place is my go-to for eyebrow care, and it’s all thanks to Sonu. She’s the real MVP! I come all the way from PA just to get my brows done here because she’s the only one who gets what I want. Plus, the prices are super reasonable and the quality is top-notch. She even gives a little forehead massage after the session, which is like pure bliss. I ended up paying extra for just 10 more minutes because she’s so amazing and makes me feel so relaxed. I’m bummed that I moved from NY because I won’t be able to see her every few weeks, but honestly, she’s the star of that location. I’ll go the distance to get my brows done again if I need it. I have been coming to this salon for a long time and Manju is so gifted with what she does. I always come in for threading and tinting with her and I always come out smiling. Her attention to detail is perfect and I always have the best brows thanks to her!

Super reasonable prices, quality service, super nice staff. The shop could be more ambient, but it's still welcoming and comfortable. I got a mani-pedi and eyebrow threading and it was 100% worth the cost. I usually struggle to find affordable salons that are worth returning to, so I'm happy I found Lotus.

I been coming here for 2 years now and honestly I don’t have a preference who does my eyebrows since everyone I had before were amazing. This Friday I went for the brown sugar wax and I got burned. I didn’t know it was a burn for sure till the following day since it started looking really bad. I went back for a refund and they swear it was thread. Then they said that the “redness” was not a burn and that it happens all the time. If this happened all the time, I wouldn’t be coming back. I paid $8 for the service plus tax, and I even tipped $4. Again I thought it was just redness from the wax, otherwise I wouldn’t have paid. They only returned me $5, the language barrier was an issue, since we were just going back and forth. I guess it’s time to find somewhere else. Unfortunately, I can’t
