Universal Threading & Waxing Ridgewood

My first time here and the experience was a 10/10! I will come back and edit my review to go into detail. I got a Brazilian wax, eyebrow threading (which surprisingly did not hurt), and a deep cleaning facial! The cost is very affordable and the customer service is great. Don’t walk here, RUN!

Just left the salon (Saturday), my second time going, and both times have been exceptional! I got a Brazilian wax done by Urmi today. She was so delightful to talk to, she made me feel comfortable and calm, and on top of that did an excellent job! She was super thorough and took her time, and didn’t burn me with hot wax. The result is great! (I actually stopped going to my old salon because they were not thorough and would burn me.) I don’t recall the name of the woman who did my first service but she was wonderful as well. So glad I found this salon in the neighborhood, I’ll definitely keep coming back!

Came in as a new client today (11/22/25) I am very impressed by their technique, skills, and professionalism! I am VERY happy with my eyebrows. They do GREAT work. I will definitely be back!

I stopped by this store (way closer to me than the Fulton location), and wow—what a gem! The staff was super welcoming, striking the perfect balance between fun and professional. They made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I got my eyebrows done, and let me tell you, they’ve never looked better! This is officially my go-to spot for brows from now on. Totally worth checking out—and the sales? Absolutely insane. Don’t sleep on this place!
