I absolutely love lotus! Kim is always so nice and personable. She does an amazing job every time. I also love their pedicure packages. They are affordable and unique. Customers service is always top tier

I was really impressed how fast the owner (I don’t remember her name..sorry) did my nails. She was precise and did a great job within 45min. I like getting my nails done but don’t like the wait and the time it takes (don’t judge me. I’m just being honest). I love how tactful she was while doing my nail in the time frame she did them. The photo below is how they look now. I got a new set 2 weeks ago and they are still looking good. Would definitely be back to her salon when I want something immediate, quick but nice. I paid $50 for this set (shape with gel polish and powder glitter)

Kim does my nails and always does an amazing job with shaping and design. My nails never lift or break 🙏🏽 The customer service and prices are the cherry on top! Highly recommend 👌🏽

The staff are fast but also kind. They are respectful and good humored. I just get regular or gel, and both have been good--not too thick or uneven. And once it got messed up right away and they redid it for me without charge the next day. The only change I would like to see is that the lights by the polish stop flashing different colors because it makes it harder to look at the polish colors

i had a great experience here with my mother! we were both super happy with the dip nails that we received! would come again! the prices were reasonable and the staff were great.
