Lotus Nails & Salt Spa

This was my first time at Lotus & it was an amazing experience! First off, the salon is beautiful and very clean. Everyone I interacted with was super friendly and inviting. The service was excellent as well. I had acrylics removed, and opted for a fresh Gel X full set. I loved the results! The finishing touch was this beautiful cat eye effect. Thank you so much, can’t wait to be back. 💅💓✨

Kim is the best🤍 She’s so talented, detailed, and always makes my nails look perfect. I always leave feeling so happy with her work! She always goes above and beyond ☺️💖 Highly recommend!

It is a nice relaxing experience. They take time for you and do not rush through your service. They have the best pedi I have ever had. The staff is nice and skilled. Great ambiance too.

ROSIE WAS MY SERVICE PROVIDER ON MY VISIT. HER SKILLS WERE SUBPAR TO SAY THE MOST! She clipped and clipped my cuticles even when there was nothing there-trying to hurt me? I told her to stop but the damage was done. My $55 no-chip manicure was inconsistent and very thick. She sawed at my nails and to avoid cleanup, she had a wide space between my cuticle and where the polish started. She did appear to have the skills on how to perform natural nail manicures. She definitely needs to be RE-TRAINED! I will not be returning to support this business. I should have paid attention to her nails - which were thick and unkept to determine I would not receive what I wanted.

I LOVE MY NAILS!! I’m sure many of us have strayed away from nail salons in the past because it has left our natural nails brittle. Not at Lotus Nails & Salt Spa, they have excellent nail technicians that deliver quality care for us striving for maintaining healthy strong nails. I got a builder gel manicure and I cannot stress enough how in love I am with my nails. I also received a gel polish pedicure which was so pampering. I am happy I found my forever nail salon. 💅🏽 definitely scheduled my fill in because this salon is going to be BUSY once everyone discovers the new gem 💎 in Orland Park
