Lotus Nail Spa

I stopped in for a last-minute pedicure before my trip. The staff (though limited) was available and they did a good job. It looks like they don't get a ton of business because the back 6 pedicure chairs were blocked off or used as storage. Looks like they have organizational issues as a lot of their supplies are out in the open so it looks messy but it seems like they practice good hygiene and my pedicure was good. I'd go back if I was in the area again. Plus, the price is unbeatable.

I was rushed, pushed into services I didn’t want and I wasn’t given time to even look at the prices. $200 later my nails look terrible, way shorter than I wants. Not what I expected my experience would be. Credit card machine dropped and broke. I had to give my credit card information over the phone to another salon to be able to pay. I didn’t appreciate that and I thought it was quite sketchy.

Elsa Sam did an excellent job on a full set of nails for me. I’m from KC and don’t know anyone here. She did fabulous work and I wish I lived here so I could see her regularly! You all here in Minnesota are blessed to have such talent! Thank you Elsa Sam!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lexi (loc) is one of the best nail techs out there I've been coming to her over 10 years no matter where i move in twin cities I always come to her. She is that that good I dont have to tell her what I want she is awesome

The absolute best! I travel from the University of Minnesota campus to Eden Prairie to see the staff at Lotus nails. Lexi always takes such great care of my mom and I. Lexi, G and Elsa always do such a great job. I recommend doing the builder gel nails because they last so long and look absolutely amazing!!! I have been going her for over a year and enjoy every time I get to come in.
