I had such a wonderful experience at Lotus Beauty & Spa! I got my nails, feet, and eyelashes done, and everything turned out absolutely perfect. The staff were so welcoming and professional they really made me feel relaxed and taken care of from start to finish. My nails came out beautiful, my pedicure was so soothing and detailed, and my lashes look amazing..natural but still glamorous! The whole spa was clean, peaceful, and had such a great atmosphere. You can tell they take pride in their work and truly care about their clients’ satisfaction. I left feeling refreshed, confident, and pampered. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Lotus Beauty & Spa to all my friends!

Had such a great experience, Madina was my nail tech and she did a phenomenal job just so sweet and personable. This was my first ever Russian manicure and she did not disappoint, my cuticles look amazing, would definitely recommend 10/10. Can’t wait for my next appointment.

I went to this salon for eyelash extensions and a manicure — and I’m so happy with the results! 🌸 The lash artist did everything so carefully, and my lashes look natural and beautiful. The manicure is perfect and still looks fresh after two weeks! 💅 The salon is clean, cozy, and relaxing. I’ll definitely come back again and highly recommend this place! 💖

I had an appointment on 9/19, but my experience was disappointing from start to finish. A couple of days before, I got a call asking me to come in the same day due to “technical issues,” even though my appointment wasn’t until the 19th. That should have been my first red flag. On the day of my appointment, I was scheduled for 5:30 but got a call asking to come at 6. I arrived on time, but the door was locked. The tech arrived at 6:05, didn’t have the key, and I didn’t sit down until 6:30. The nails themselves looked amazing at first, though during my service she took a long personal call and even rushed to finish when another client showed up that she had forgotten about.
