Horrible service that I received from this lady named Martha that cut my 10 year old daughters hair she was extremely rude from the get go and I still gave her chance to even touch my daughters beautiful curly thick hair but my daughter needed a trim but mannnn do I regret it !!!she brushed out my little ones hair so so hard without spraying water untill I said something !!!kept pushing her head down and I saw my little one crying and as my daughter looked up her nose was bleeding !!!! I said my daughter nose is bleeding and she don’t even care the lady across that was cutting hair rushed to give me a hand towel to clean up blood from her nose bleed and and Martha still kept trying to cut my daughters hair !!!Mind you my daughter hair was a little tangled because I just picked her up from

I went in for hair bleaching on April 14th and I spent almost 4 hours and didn’t get what I was promised. The employee was: -very rude that she said “you like blonde with smirk” while I’m experiencing scalp pain -she didn’t do any strand test before committing to coloring my hair and accused me on coloring my hair before. -she didn’t do it in sections -she made me choose a color base on what they can only achieved -she kept on coloring my scalp wherein technically it’s should be 1 inch away -the way she do the hair blower is so directly on my scalp with high intensity heat was excruciating -no accountability, I ended having bad hair uneven color So I contacted the manager Lori on April 15th and she said that she would do hair color correction for free since they messed up with my hair, so

Went for a haircut this lady couldn't speak English Told her inch off the top. I had my hair long and short in different chunks Lost my business Where do they find these people my girlfriend had to go with me to complain and then switched it around by saying that's what I asked for how unprofessional won't be back here way over priced for a hackjob

Sign says they close at 3:45. I tried to walk in at 3:30 and a young lady ran to door to lock it. The just lost my business. That behavior wouldn't have come from the owner. See you never Jaime.

If I could do a negative star I would. Worst place to get a haircut I went for a trim I asked for long layers my hair was so long past my butt I came out with a mullet did not ask for that only a chunk of my hair was short and the rest was long the chunk of short hair was on top of my head and was just choppy no way to style it it’s been over six months and My hair still hasn’t grown much.Never again
