We had a great experience at this spa. I got a hair blow out while my husband got a massage. It was so relaxing to be taken care of. We got an appointment the day before (granted it was a Wednesday morning in the middle of December), but it was fabulous! Would definitely recommend!

I am a returning customer. I was happy with the root touch up service and price the stylist charged ($60) when I was here last year 12/2024 so I booked an appointment for another root touch up while here visiting family for the month. The website requires a non-refundable deposit to book the appointment. I paid $20 for parking and proceeded to my appointment was with the owner who tells me that a root touch up requires "an additional service such as a hair cut or blow dry" and proceeded to hand me an estimate of cost which came to $189 and I was required to sign to proceed. I commented that this was much higher than I was charged last year to which she provided no explanation for. I had my first experience at Lordi’s this past weekend after trying to find an Aveda spa in Charleston. I had the owner, Linzie, as my stylist that day. She was not only so sweet but REALLY listened to what I wanted and made sure we were on the same page before she mixed my color. I wanted balayage with cool toned blonde and wanted to leave my roots because I’m liking the way my natural color is growing in, I just really wanted to brighten it up. I showed her 2 pictures and she crushed it! My husband always jokes that I’m never happy with my hair after getting it done but Linzie did EXACTLY what I wanted and then some. She’s truly talented, kind, and easy to talk to. This is the only salon I’ll go to from now on! Thank you so much for this!
