Lopatin Place, LLC

I want to raise public awareness about the issues I’ve experienced with this company. As a small business owner working hard to support my family, I connected with Lopatin Place through the Crexi app in May 2025. We signed a five-year lease agreement, which included their responsibility to secure all township requirements. I paid $15,900 for rent and an additional $100 for a township fee. Since then, the company has not upheld the terms of the agreement and violated the lease from my perspective. They have neither refunded my payment nor provided access to the property, even though my move-in date was June 1st, 2025. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location, and I want others in the community to be cautious so they don’t encounter similar problems.

We have been tenants at Lopatin Place for the past 8 years or so and have had a great experience. We rented 8 smaller rooms and 3 big rooms. All the rooms are nice with great lighting, air, and heat. Big Parking lot. Convenient location on route 18 right off Route 9 around the corner from Wawa, starbucks and Dunkin... and across the street from Walmart! The owner Mr. Lopatin is a super nice person and a pleasure to work with.

We have been tenants at Lopatin Place for about 15 years. The place is very conveniently located and in good shape. The best part is the very considerate and nice landlord - Mr. Jay Lopatin. Best wishes.
