Celeste is amazing! I’m so grateful for the multitude of services they provide in one facility. Celeste got me in quickly upon calling to schedule after dealing with a pretty urgent physical health situation. I had a week long migraine and pinched nerve in my shoulder causing my whole right arm and hand to be numb, which also took me away from being able to do normal day to day activities. I received a deep focused massage plus craniosacral, as well as energy and sound healing from Celeste — which was incredible. Following that, I received acupuncture from Tim and left feeling brand new and expansive in my body, mind and spirit. From the moment I arrived, I could feel Celeste’s healing energy. She did craniosacral therapy for my chronic neck pain and stiffness, and it honestly felt like the tension just melted away. The way she weaves in singing bowls and tuning forks was absolutely magical — my whole body and mind dropped into a deeply relaxed, peaceful state. She also did a Mayan abdominal massage to help with some stagnant areas in my belly, and I’ve already noticed a big shift in my digestion and overall energy flow. To top it off, I slept like a baby that night — the best sleep I’ve had in ages. Celeste has such a gentle, intuitive touch and a truly nurturing presence.
