London Nails

Got my first manicure in years! Cindy was so kind and so helpful! It was definitely over due, she took so much care and made sure I left looking great! Will definitely be coming back soon!

I went in on Monday for a gel fill & a few nail fixes. I was rushed while business was slow. The guy there did my nails. They look horrible. I could've done better or looked further. Based off of the reviews I'm not sure why anyone would come here for mediocre nails at high prices. I still left a nice tip based on being nice. When I didn't really even want to. When I left I was unsatisfied & felt like I wasted money. Come at your own risk. Customer service with some of the women there are nice. But not worth it. Its Wednesday you can finally see every flaw not just what was seen in the shop. Edited: I also received a reply from the owner to come back in for them to turn around & delete it. Watch where you spend your money ladies. Picture added.

HORRIBLE experience. Came in for a color change, which I have gotten done numerous times at other places with no problem and always come out looking fresh and new. Don’t know the man’s name who did them, but assuming Tom according to other reviews. Nails were worse before these photos, so you could assume how bad they were. Lumpy gel polish, I noticed he went over a mistake on my big toe instead of taking polish off and fixing his mistake, making it look horrible. Can see the clear polish is all the way to my cuticles but my white polish was not. Very uneven and you can clearly see my old pink polish was not even taken off all the way. Polish is going over to my skin, they tried to say it’s because I got a color change and not a pedicure. Just trying to get more money out of people. I co

Loved this place! I am from out of town and get my nails done every month. I wish the nail tech Cindy lived closer to me!

My daughter and I have had a great experience both times we came here. The staff is very friendly and kind. They have beautiful music playing which really adds to a spa like feel. They are super clean and if you book an appointment, they are ready and willing to service you quickly. We will be back! A++++
