He always offers you a drink when you get into the chair, he walks you through the whole process with care, and not to mention the one of a kind shampoo bowl experience. You leave with not only a gorgeous haircut, but more understanding about your specific hair needs. I learned so much about my hair in the time I have been going to Kevin Michael Salon. Kevin is also a color EXPERT! I leave feeling so confident every time.
