Absolutely loved my visit! The salon has an amazing atmosphere and the décor is gorgeous. The nail technicians are incredibly skilled—my nails didn’t chip and the color stayed perfect the entire time. I was able to go a full three weeks before returning. That says a lot about their quality. Highly recommend.

Me and my cousin came here, we are completely new to the area and have been looking for affordable yet quality service. I was served by Daisy, and my cousin by Kim. They both did a phenomenal job on our nails. Customer service was outstanding, and our nails were completed in a timely manner. The ambiance is amazing, cant wait to experience it some more. We will definitely be returning in the near future as happy customers☺️

I had the sole intention of removing my grown out Gel X nails, but I thought I'd give Loft a chance and I was not disappointed! I was super indecisive about what to get and I felt really bad for Annie, who put up with both my indecisiveness and my nitpicky nature, but she did an awesome job! I didn't catch the name of the tech who did the cateye, but he was wonderful, as well! The team was all so patient with me and I'm so grateful for their kindness. I'll be coming back for sure! These are what the results looked like, as the cateye design look much prettier under the sun. Thank you!!

This was our first time visiting Loft Studio, and we had a great experience. My husband and I booked an online appointment for two pedicures, he added a callus treatment, and I got an extra 10-minute hot oil massage. I can’t express enough how amazing my technician, Daisy, was. She did a wonderful job on my feet, they felt so much better and looked great by the time she was finished. I will definitely be coming back and requesting her again. My husband mentioned that his technician, Lynn, was a bit rough during his service, but overall he still had a good experience and was satisfied. We will definitely be returning in the future and would recommend Loft Studio to others.

The nail salon looks nice, but I’ve had better experiences elsewhere. I got a dip powder manicure from Kim and asked for French nail dips with a short length. I understand that shaping short nails can be challenging, but I was hoping for a better result. Unfortunately, my nail shape ended up uneven and off. She did ask if the shape was okay, but since I had already asked at the beginning if she could reshape them, I didn’t feel comfortable saying anything. I just wanted to leave as soon as possible. Maybe this is the standard level of service here, or perhaps my expectations are higher based on other salons I’ve been to. This place is new and seems to market itself as a luxury salon, but the service felt very standard. Kim didn’t seem to have strong interpersonal skills and wasn’t very fr
