Tracy's talents have restored my confidence and self dignity. Due to health issues I have experienced hair loss. I finally got enough courage to schedule a hair replacement consultation with Tracy. At the very beginning of the consultation she offered other options other than a wig (a stigma I so dreaded). After discussing options we decided on a Topper. She was with me from start to finish making sure I understood putting it on, wearing it, caring for it, and assuring me she was there for anything I needed in the future.

Tracy was very helpful in answering all my questions and showing me options. She took her time and did not rush me or pressure me to choose or buy anything until I was ready. I really appreciate her expertise and recommend her highly!

The Loft was recommended to me by a family member, and I could not be happier with my experience there. I had to purchase a wig while going through chemotherapy treatments, and Tracy was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. It is a very touchy and emotional situation to deal with, but Tracy made me feel so comfortable and made the experience very light hearted. Unlike some other salons and wig shops that I went to prior to The Loft, Tracy was not pushy and did not pressure me whatsoever. I absolutely love the wig that we picked out and am so grateful for all the help that Tracy could give me.

I lost my hair because of chemo therapy and was happy to find the Loft Boutique in Parker. It is in a convenient location and has a large selection of wigs. The owner Tracy, has a pleasing and fun personality. She is kind, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. She opened up her salon on a normally closed day to accommodate my schedule. I tried on many wigs and purchased two, and they are comfortable and cute. Tracy styled and trimmed the wigs and gave me tips on wig care. She provided excellent customer service and quality products all in a welcoming and friendly environment. Thank you, Tracy for all your help!
