Very professional, she responds to texts in a timely manner. When i arrived, she was ready to start. Showed her a few pictures and she made my Loc dream a reality. She works fast, 2.5 hrs, interlocking starter locs. I recommend her. The environment was clean, and she is super nice, extremely experienced, and knowledgeable. I'm over joyed with the outcome.

Would not recommend! I will preface this by saying i was 7 mins late because the address listed on her booksy site does not list a suite number. I arrived and let her know I was there. I went downstairs and got my wallet and returned to her still doing someone's hair this was at 12:40 my original appointment was at 12:30. I sat and waited until 1:05 & approached Carla and asked how much longer she would be because I drove an hour away and needed to pick up my son from school. Carla assured me she'd be done in 10 mins. She then came out and informed me she was overbooked and perhaps l needed to reschedule because she didn't "like to rush". Been to Carla three times now already and each time has been a pleasant experience, Always having great conversations, also gives good advice on maintaining styles, Would recommend
