The education was a 10/10 each step of the process was done with patience. The products smell amazing and do not sleep on the ultraviolet and red therapy, steam session i’ve been trying to get my locs to fluff back up for so long after having too tight of a style in and this session did it perfectly, My hairdresser was Bethal, she’s been doing locs for six years and has her certification and everything. She is the hairdresser that will listen to all your needs and execute perfectly! It’s been like five years since I let someone touch my hair because they usually can’t do what I got done in this session.. no tension, quality products. Brianna is a wonderful stylist! I'm new to the area, so I feel lucky to have found her shop. After our consultation, the products Brianna used were perfect for my hair type. I had an appointment with Dahlia on Friday, July 18. While I genuinely wanted to support her as an up-and-coming stylist, my experience was disappointing. She arrived approximately 30 minutes late, which I chose to overlook. However, about halfway through the appointment, it became clear that she would not be finished by 1 p.m., as expected. This raised concerns about her level of experience with microlocs, particularly with the interlocking technique. Now that several days have passed, I’ve noticed that many of my locs were not retightened correctly. Unfortunately, the overall quality of the service did not meet expectations. My hair is so beautiful after she did her thing, the steam treatment was amazing, her customer service was excellent and it was my first time. This place felt like home.
