If you are looking for professionalism run for the hills!! Pariz is the most disrespectful, nasty attitude, unapologetic consultant ever! Had my first retie with her, walked out middle of appointment! This woman was doing my retie’s so rough and tight that I was literally bracing myself for each one. My scalp is sore, red and inflamed. My locs were pulled through so forcefully that you could see the hair follicles in my locs and on my shirt. She rudely became bothered by the fact that I was stated that I felt she was being rough. She then started to degrade me and tell me that she has never had anyone act the way I act. She didn’t apologize nor was she sympathetic to the fact that she was man handling my locs to the point I felt like she was going to rip them from my scalp. She then procee

The mom (Miss Freda) is great and professional. Unfortunately, her daughter (Pariz) started my locks. I never returned for my 1st retie due to her unprofessional behavior and attitude. I was very uncomfortable the whole experience with my neck bent backwards in uncomfortable positions; meanwhile her mother has client laying back comfortably enjoying their experience. Thankfully I self maintain. My neck and body hurt so bad. It was 4 days of musk, marijuana, and torture. I will never let her touch my hair again. Wish these reviews were posted before I went. Still the best hair decision ever, just wish I started with someone else. Go to the mom if possible!

Ms. Freda is absolutely amazing, and has the magic touch! I have been going to Ms. Freda since 2021, and she has always provided me with the best service! Everyone in the shop is always so friendly, and super sweet! I am a locks on the horizon client for life!

I must say that i had an awesome experience with Ms. Freda installing my Sisterlocks. Not only did she finish in a timely manner but the quality of her work is on point. If you are ever in the Wake Forest area and need a consultant please don't hesitate to book with her. I flew ask the way from Texas for her to grace my head and I am glad that I did.
