L'Occitane en Provence

Daniel was wonderful! I took my mom in there to get some new products because she hadn't used L'occitane in several years and wanted to start again. Daniel was so patient and helpful and did a fabulous job explaining all of the face products. He definitely knows his products and is great at his job and so friendly as well. We both appreciate him!

Nice products, but the lady working there was unfriendly and did not help me whatsoever. I asked if they had the almond hand cream in a metallic tube instead of the plastic ones and she just turned away and said "same thing." As someone who cares about packaging, they are not the same, and I wish she would rather just given me an actual answer.

I love this boutique located in Novi. The associates are always super helpful, friendly and they go above and beyond to help every client. Thank you for your help today! I also love the sink in the store where you can keep your hands clean, especially during a pandemic, while trying luxurious hand soaps.

Was looking for a few sets of new lotions and the geriatric lady working there told us not to open the lotions to smell them, even though they were the sample versions you are allowed to try that clearly say try me. We were simply smelling them and nothing else. We immeadiatley walked out after the inept comment and took our buisness elswhere. Needless to say we will not be coming back as there are other shops around the area with more competitive prices, a more diverse selection and far superior customer service. Its simply not worth the hassle. its a shame because the one single lotion we managed to smell was decent.

Lovely experience, products updated and sized to travel as well as home needs. This is a great place when you want a hostess gift too. Sales staff are excellent and personable.
