Very knowledgeable helpful and friendly staff members. The location is always clean and neat when I visit. They have a large variety of products, and you get extra goodies if you meet the spend requirements for freebies.

I've been here twice so far and their customer service is great. The staff that work here are very knowledgeable about their products and are always willing to help you understand what you are purchasing. I recommend this place if you are looking for a gift for others or getting something nice for yourself.

L'occitane En Provence has AMAZING products and a cult following, I am sure most of us can agree on that. Once you use any of their products, you are hooked!! I recently met Kathy, she is the Manager at The Falls Store. As amazing as the products are, so is she. Professional, welcoming, patient, kind and everything in between. It was a pleasure to shop at the store. Not only do their products (and I use many of them) make you feel special and work very well, but so does the shopping experience with Kathy. I have shopped online and in their NY stores when visiting my son, however, from now on, I will go to The Falls when Kathy is there:)
