Wonderful shopping experience today. Great help from Valerie picking out gifts. Many options across different price ranges. I’m sure I smelled better leaving than I did going in! Great place for gifts for others and yourself. Highly recommend this store and Valerie’s professional assistance!

This was our first time visiting the Houston store, and we were shocked by the lack of professionalism from Loren, the store manager. Her behavior was absolutely ridiculous—she did not acknowledge us or offer any assistance, and when we asked about sampling a product, she dismissively said it was “not for test” and refused to offer the product wanted to buy. This was extremely unprofessional and left us feeling unwelcome. Having shopped frequently at your London location, we expected the same level of courtesy and service, but the contrast was stark and disappointing. We had planned to shop more in-store, but this experience has completely changed our minds, and we will continue making our purchases online where the service is far more consistent and reliable.

This was my first time visiting the store, and I was extremely disappointed by the lack of courtesy and assistance from the staff. I was not acknowledged or offered help, which made for an uncomfortable experience. I had intended to shop more, but the poor customer service discouraged me from doing so. At this point, I will continue to make my purchases online, where the experience is far more reliable.

Got here at 7:10 and the store is currently closed while it states here and online that they close at 8pm.
