Loc Lov LA

I’ve been coming to Loc Lov for about a year and a half now, and I thoroughly enjoy the space, the stylists, and the quality of work that Loc Lov embodies. The care, attention, and intention they put into how they interact with you and your hair is appreciated and keeps me coming back. I always leave feeling better than I came and learning something new about my hair to better maintain it on my own between visits.

Sarah R was very professional. I received an excellent consultation, she seemed genuinely interested in my wellbeing and the health of my hair. Sarah provided a detailed description of what to expect and offered valuable suggestions. I am experiencing thinning in the crown area and I am very sensitive about it. She was very compassionate and I am looking forward to booking with her again. OH...I want to mention that she was on time and didn't have me waiting.

I recently went to this salon to get loc maintenance. I walked into the place and all 3 of the stylists looked at me and then kept watching TV. I had to great the employees first before being greeted back. I had an appointment scheduled and arrived on time. My stylist was not even halfway done with his previous client. I was told that I would have to wait and my hair could take at minimum 3 hours. The woman that spoke to me was very kind and apologetic but this was unacceptable. This place needs to do a better job at honoring appointments and making clients feel welcome. Loc Lov is definitely not the place for me. I value establishments that treat their clients with respect and have a high regard for customer service.

I had the best experience! I've only ever had one person do my hair, so I was nervous about finding the right salon after moving to LA. I can confidently say I will be back. Loved the vibes and overall how much they care about the health of my hair from the wash to the maintenance :)

Absolutely love my hair my hair tech was great she didn’t hurt me at all that’s usually an issue for me because I have a lot of tenderness in try scalp I didn’t have any headaches or pumps around the edges of my head . The shampoo was absolutely heavenly. All of the folks in the shop are friendly
