LJ Nails

I have a loyal customer here and today was the worst experience I have had here. We waited for 4 hours to have our nails done while they serviced people who came in after me and got them while I waited. Was rushed through the pedicure and service in general was horrible. We had the translator on in different moments and heard them talking about me and my daughter in law. The staff was rude. I do not appreciate the experience and service we received today. And was way over charged.

What I got vs what I asked for. I think she did a very good job on my manicure. She did cut the fire out of me and laughed when I said owe 🙄🤣 that wasn’t THAT bad though. However, my pedicure was a different woman than the one who did my manicure, it was absolutely terrible. I went with a friend, and I was seated after her, yet somehow was done, and told to get up before the other lady was done even rubbing my friends feet. 🤣😬 my pedicure was done by an older lady, and she was rushing through the whole process, and literally closed her eyes the entire time, which was fine, just strange.. she didn’t even wait until I was done getting my pedicure before emptying the tub and pulling off the cover.. I also have a black spot on my toe from a year ago when my dog ran over top of it and it still

I went in today for a full set of acrylics. I was seated shortly after walking in the door. My tech was very polite. I told her I wanted almond shaped French tip. She told me there is a new style of French tip, which is pink fade to white.So, she did one nail and asked me if I liked it. I absolutely love it. The whole time she was doing my nails, she would ask if I was okay and made sure I was in no pain. My tech definitely exceeded my expectations today. It was a very enjoyable experience. I definitely will be returning.

Katie is absolutely amazing! She’s thorough, professional, and truly takes the time to make sure every client is completely satisfied. Her attention to detail and kind personality create such a relaxing experience. Her staff is equally wonderful, making the entire visit enjoyable from start to finish. If you’re in Lewisburg and need nail care, Katie and her team are the best around. Highly recommend!

Highly disappointed was at this establishment for 4 hours! Waiting while they continued to do and finish others in front of us. And then overcharged me when me and my mother in law got the same thing mine was 30$ more. Then while they font our nails they were rushy and rude.
