Terrible customer service, Rochelle didn’t even show up for appointments booked a month an advance. There is no excuse for that.

Thank you so much Kristen. She did an amazing job giving me my first massage in 12 years. So glad I booked the appointment and look forward to many more. I would recommend this spa to literally anyone. The staff is so welcoming.

I just have to say- Rochelle is amazing. I’m not sure if it’s her Greenbrier training or natural talent but she gives an incredible massage. Goes above and beyond. She takes her time with each point of the massage and makes an hour massage feel like 2 hours( in the best way!- never want to leave!) she is kind and makes you feel comfortable and overall just gives an incredible quality especially for the price. Rochelle has been doing my lash extensions for over two years now! I get compliments on them all the time and I honestly couldn't live without them. She is very professional and makes you feel comfortable and very welcome! Always recommend her for anything!

We scheduled services in advance and received an email cancellation less than 2 hours before the first service. Did not get the courtesy of a phone call. The email invited us to reschedule for another day. We traveled over 4 hours for a spa weekend without even an explanation or offer of adjusting the time schedule. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. Take the time and go somewhere business would be appreciated and customer service is more than a pretty sign on the door.
