Everyone in our family's been going to Liz for a few years now. Even with long wait times and her being late for appointments SHE made a couple of times, the quality of work was good enough to go back. However, this last time she never even showed up to an appointment for an updo for my daughter for an event later in the evening. I made the appointment well in advance and never (ever) would have expected this level of unprofessional behavior. Finding another salon where someone could do her hair with absolutely no notice was nerve-wracking and almost didn't even happen. Way to ruin a young lady's first "grownup" event. Definitely lost our family's business.
