Where is the accountability!? Your stylist Gianna got me sick & caused burns on my face!! This happened on Thursday & I have been trying to get ahold of the manager since then. Amanda finally sent me a email this morning saying that she was there. (only for a little awhile.) I had got there at 6:40 because my appointment was at 6:45 & I did not leave until 11ish. She was only there until closing time which was at 9. When my appointment was supposed to be done by & she had left with the rest of the workers. Hairstylist Gianna was very ill & coughed & sneezed all over me during my appointment & disgustingly sniffled in my ear the whole entire time. The very next day I got very ill. She was the only person I came into contact with that was sick. She had also made comments that she was sick

I had a great experience at Live Salon! Linay worked on my hair and she was amazing from start to finish. She really took the time to listen to what I wanted and made sure everything looked perfect. She was friendly, professional, and very talented. My hair came out exactly how I hoped, honestly even better. The whole salon has a really welcoming atmosphere too. Everyone there was kind and you can tell they care about their clients. Amanda was also wonderful and made the experience feel even more comfortable and positive. I’m really happy with how my hair turned out and would definitely recommend Live Salon, especially Linay, to anyone looking for a stylist who genuinely cares about doing a great job:)

I came here for the first time in February and received a full Baby light (I think that’s what it was called😂), haircut, and a henna brow from my stylist Gianna. She was very upfront about pricing, time frame, and realistic expectations. I paid $311 for all of my services and I felt as though that was extremely reasonable for the work and effort that was put into my hair. The other stylists Bella and Linay were also very friendly and helped foil and the teamwork was so nice to see. They helped get me out as fast as possible with the best results. Gianna also went over reasonable expectations with me which made me feel very comfortable. She told me the best way to keep my hair healthy, while achieving the best possible outcome. She was so sweet and a breath of fresh air because she knew how

I’ve been going to Live for over a year now and absolutely love it!! Gianna took my hair from dead and boxed dyed to the healthiest and blondest I’ve ever been! I cannot recommend this salon more from professionalism, courtesy, price, and flexibility! Everyone I’ve come in contact with at the salon is polite and so complimentary about my hair (even if they helped blow dry or check my foils)! For a full head highlight the price is fantastic and service impeccable! I recently started getting a lash lift and tint from Gianna as well and I cannot recommend another salon with a wide range of great services!
