This is a great place to get one's haircut and enjoy the traditional barber experience that has no ambition to be hipster. Art is fast, but excellent. He is entertaining, and makes everyone feel at home. Pictures of the Three Stooges compete with portraits of heavyweight boxers, striped barber poles, bottles of organic honey, drawings from his youngest customers, and the legendary traffic light. All set to vintage jazz &/or oldies music. And during the Advent season, hundreds of hot-dogs given away and consumed whilst waiting in the queue for one's holiday haircut. I am SO glad my students told me about this place...

What can I say about Art that most locals don’t know already. Great guy, pleasant and laid back. Excellent barber, very welcoming and friendly. Glad I met him, his skills at cutting hair is unmatched. I wish more people in the world were like Art.

Art is fantastic, always gives a great cut. Walk-ins only, so there can be a small wait, but the atmosphere and service are top-notch.

10/5. I had never been to a barber shop before this. I will never go anywhere else again. Genuine barbershop atmosphere, and Art is a wizard. Expect to be in and out in minutes if there's no wait list. Please don't go anywhere else, it would be a mistake!

Best barber in the county with an amazing shop. Be prepared to wait if you come in on a Saturday. But that's alright, you'll be in good company!
