Hands down the most amazing lash supplies!! I've been using Livbay for over 3 years. I occasionally purchase supplies from other companies to try & always end up back using the Magnetic Vibe Adhesive & Climax bonder. My clients have the best retention! The lashes are soft and amazing quality. Customer service is special quick to answer and extremely willing to help. My packages arriving not only beautifully set up but also smelling amazing.

LivBay is just a whole another level. I love what Shauna was able to create and I’m happy to be able to know and support such beautiful company. I used to be an ambassador for this company a few years ago and I stopped for a reason, but decided to give them a try again, I regret that decision . They DO NOT have good customer service or communication. I had placed an order on August 25 with an email saying it was shipped out on August 26. It is now Thursday September 4 and I was just reached out to yesterday morning about the fact that one of my items was out of stock and they were inquiring about receiving a different item so they could ship my package. But I have received an email that my package shipped a week ago?? I feel super misled and I had to go out and buy other equipment because it didn’t come in time for my future appointments. Don’t recommend this company anymore. Consider considering their products are also very averag

Ordered online. The package was super cute! 2 little fortune cookies & a free lip balm came with my lash purchase. I’m super happy! I didn’t even realize it was a small business. The quality is unmatched.
