From the moment my daughter and I sat down. Camila was amazing. She knew exactly what she was doing and guided us through the whole process with confidence and care. She was patient, knowledgeable, and so sweet! She made our experience fun, comfortable, and memorable. We never felt rushed, and she answered all of our questions. You can truly tell she loves what she does. She even made sure we left with the perfect picture! lol We’ll definitely be back!

Such a cute experience! Been to another location which was okay, but this one was way better! Make a reservation online as they can get quite busy with groups or just the time needed to set up the experience. Came for a birthday celebration and the staff were so great. Friends decided on lip gloss and a sheer lipstick. You can add scents to your lip products, glitter for the glosses, and your custom name for your creation. The team works with you to test out the shade you want. They also can make a cream blush or bronzer ! The gloss is highly moisturizing and not sticky, and the sugar cookie scent added makes it taste so good!

I went to Lib Lab on Lexington Ave. with my daughter. It was a fun experience and Biana, the employee who helped us, was very sweet and patient. Watching her mix the different pigments to create a lipstick was fascinating. But I feel that the experience would have been more personalized, if specifics like skin tone, undertone and cool vs warm colors had been discussed. I wanted guidance regarding which colors would be flattering with my skintone but that conversation was not part of the process. My recommendation would be to train the staff to guide customers towards colors that suit them. Overall it’s a nice experience shared with family or friends.

We had the amazing Nicki guiding us through the process of creating our product, and it was such a great experience! Watching Nicki in action—combining different colors and tones was incredible. Their knowledge of color theory truly stood out, and beyond their expertise, they brought such a fun, vibrant energy that made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
