Lip Lab Napa

I recently had the chance to visit Lip Lab in Napa, and it was such a unique and fun experience. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by the staff, who explained the entire process of creating a custom lip product in great detail. What stood out to me was how hands-on and personal the experience felt. You start by choosing your preferred texture—whether that’s a lip balm, sheer, satin, cream (matte), or other finishes—and then move on to selecting your ideal shade. The technician was very knowledgeable and patient, walking me through every step. Once I picked a shade, she created a sample for me to try on. I had an excellent experience at Lip Lab while celebrating my niece’s birthday. Hailey assisted me in creating my lip gloss, and she was incredibly personable, friendly, and professional throughout the process. She did a wonderful job helping bring my vision to life and was able to match my desired color perfectly on the first attempt. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would absolutely do it again. Hailey’s outstanding customer service truly made the visit memorable, and she is a great asset to the team.

It's a really cute experience for the girls! I would not recommend walking in on the weekend. The building only services 20-22 people. I reserved for a party of 7. If you arrive early, you will be seated at your reservation time. There aren't any bathrooms on site, so prepare to walk down to the public restrooms. Your experience includes a dedicated Lip Lab representative and to start off with a lip scrub and a lip moisturizer, which felt amazing, and a scent/flavor. I only had to try mixing two times, and the second time was the charm. "The Last Taurus" was created, and I love it! The lip gloss I created goes on smoothly and leaves a moisturized feeling. Came for my friends bachelorette with a large party. Angela and her team were super accommodating to us despite a time crunch that we had. They had another party to serve and we're still able to accommodate us. Please let Angela and her team know we were so appreciative!
