I’ve been coming here for a while because I don’t like switching hair stylists often. The first visit was great, they were welcoming and the service felt worth it. But once you come back, everything changes. The prices are extremely high for a regular neighborhood salon, definitely not a luxury Manhattan experience. And worst of all, they treat you terribly. You can spend a lot of money and still be talked to with attitude, rushed, and ignored. Their communication is awful — if you ask a simple question or try to clarify your service, they act annoyed or even angry. It’s uncomfortable and unprofessional. To be fair, the stylist’s work isn’t bad, but the way they hit you with unexpected charges and then still expect a generous tip is ridiculous. I’m paying premium prices but being treate

I have been to both Anna and Eddie, amazing hair stylists with great prices and conversation. There work is always fantastic. The owner is also so sweet, it was raining and he gave me his umbrella to take home. I have gotten keratin treatments here and hair cuts & am always pleased with the work. Best prices for this quality of work in the city. You want find a better option in Manhattan

So happy I found this place. Eddie was amazing. Just moved here from Florida and needed a root touch up and haircut Eddie really took his time to make sure perfect cut and style. Really happy with the entire process and the results. I Will certainly be back! The salon was clean and everyone working was very friendly. Prices are a little more than what I was paying in Florida but prices are going up on everything lately and the results were definitely worth it. Go see Eddie he is the best stylist ever! Thank you
