I’m giving it 3 stars due to having a bad experience with Carlos who cut my son’s hair, but because Gilbert made it right I can’t fully give it a negative review. The cut was so horrible that it made my child embarrassed to go to school( it was very uneven, there was no definition on the fade, just choppy). I called them the next day and spoke with someone about the issue and informed them that I would be in that evening. When I arrived I showed Carlos the cut and he assured me that he would fix it, so I told him I would wait. As I’m sitting down, a customer comes in inquiring about the price and I hear Gilbert tell him it’s $30. I went from calm to livid! This man Carlos charged me $35 and I left a $5 making it $40 only for him to give a messed up cut. I’m assuming Gilbert could sense my
