Going to college soon so I’ll ungatekeep this place. Bic is a super good barber, especially if you have Asian hair. Super banger haircuts especially in a time where haircuts are usually 100+ bucks. Show a tik tok haircut, learn how to style it and you’re good. Only 18 bucks!!

I went to remove my acrylic nails, and I left with bruised bleeding nails I asked for the foil and cotton removal, she said sure set down, but she did it her way!! I asked her to stop multiple times she held on my hand harder !!! Her nails were poking my skin! The entire time, I finally pulled my hand and insisted on the foil method, she kept trying to do it her way !!! Finally she got the foil and cotton, later on she was finishing up, bruised my nails even more and finally I started to bleed. what’s so crazy about this is that she don’t get it when I’m asking her to be gentle when I’m telling her that it’s hurting and I pull my finger away, she pulls it back??? What kind of brain do you have!!.. The whole time I wasn’t comfortable I had to watch what she was doing, every where else was c

Always have a great experience ,like my nails good service I just called ahead of time because sometimes they get busy

They can never keep an appointment time. I even call 30 min before to make sure they can still accommodate me and adjust the time if they have just taken in a walk in, so I don’t have to wait. And I am still sitting for 50-60 min for my appointment. I come with someone else and they had their complete pedicure done before I was even in the chair so I had to cancel mine because there is no way I’m making the other person wait over an hour for me to now get my nails done when we have already been here over an hour. Just really disappointed with their customer service. There are so many other places I can go instead of this salon.

I had gotten my nails done on the 18th of June & my nails are already breaking off not even two weeks later. My acrylics normally last me close to a month, these didn’t even last half of that. Very disappointed, gonna have to find a new nail salon.
